we have a full kitchen and it is stocked to prepare basic meals. The home is stocked with all basic necessities ie TP, paper towel, soap etc. We do have our own dock on the canal but can only accommodate smaller boats and need advanced noticed if you intend to dock a boat. Our home is off a small canal off the main body of the lake. We are on a septic and kindly request that only waste and toilet paper are flushed. The home can comfortably host 6 people beyond that the bathroom situation is the limiting factor. The basement has a brand new couch that pulls out to a queen bed. There’s a second bedroom upstairs with two full beds. We have a king bed in the master bedroom. Please read through my entire description prior to booking. Gather around the firepit for s’mores! Our lake home is the perfect mid-way point between IU Bloomington and Nashville (Brown County) Indiana! Catch an IU game, stay by the lake while you’re in town to visit family, or make us your home base while you explore quaint Nashville! Walk next door to the Porthole for delicious pizza, stuffed breadsticks and cold drinks after an action packed day on the lake. Wonderful cozy home nestled by Lake Lemon. Note that after four guests there is an additional $7.50 per person charge. Like all our properties, it is conveniently located midway between Bloomington and Nashville.
